Maximising public health campaign performance by leveraging third-party data and spatial analytics
In order to improve accessibility to healthcare services in disadvantaged communities, the client wanted to leverage third-party data on population figures and pharmacy locations, as well as factors around distance, lack of transport and attitudes towards vaccination. Ipsos consolidated these data sources, and used spatial analytics, to determine a strategy that would aid the distribution of public health services across multiple population segments.

Streamlining Data Analysis for Enhanced Cancer Care in C/Can Cities
Ipsos was commissioned by The City Cancer Challenge to enhance the efficiency of their data processing and analysis. The aim of this initiative was to better manage the extensive data regarding the improvement of cancer care access and quality in low- and middle-income countries. As a result, Ipsos created and implemented a custom-built automated processing system to address this data analysis challenge.

Empowering the Met Police with Data-Driven Resource Management
The Metropolitan Police encountered a multifaceted challenge in maintaining appropriate staffing levels across London's boroughs. Their current learning management system could monitor individual training renewals but lacked the capability to analyse this information in relation to desired staffing levels, resulting in a considerable gap in resource management and compliance reporting. Ipsos addressed this issue by developing an all-encompassing platform that integrates training data, minimum and desired staffing levels, and geospatial information, seamlessly feeding into an interactive Tableau dashboard.

Informing the UK COVID-19 Inquiry
The UK Government sought to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic so they could establish facts, find fault and learn lessons for the future. Ipsos were commissioned to bring research and analysis expertise to the inquiry. Using a blend of topic-modelling and query-based analysis, we analysed public response by theme and used this to inform a summary of experiences.

Understanding Perception of Public Services at Hyper-local Level
Policy researchers, media and the wider public were looking for a greater understanding of the varying perceptions of public services, including transport, health, education, jobs, housing, policing and overall quality of like and community cohesion. Ipsos ran a large-scale suvey of over 20,000 respondents and then used multi-level regression and post-stratification to enhance the data.

Analytics Solution to Help More People Get Active and Participate in Sports
Our client commissioned Ipsos to set up a new nationally representative survey, collecting national statistics on activity levels of adults in England with the aim of helping more people get active. They needed greater insights to help shape their strategy. Leveraging Microsoft Power BI, we created a series of interactive dashboards which provided them with an easy means of interrogating the data and generating insights.

Prescription Digital Therapeutic (DTx) Concept Testing & Forecasting
A large healthcare organisation in Germany was looking to explore the potential opportunity for a prescription digital therapeutic (DTx) to help them prioritise unmet clinical needs, measure DTx concept appeal and determine healthcare professionals perceptions of the most appropriate patient populations. As part of our solution, we provided financial and volumetric forecast modelling to support our client with insights and strategic planning.
