A global telecommunications leader wanted to further activate survey-based consumer segments’ so that the internal teams could further adapt their marketing actions towards those segments and advance their personalisation.
Our solution
We proposed to create AI-powered agents, acting like digital avatars, that were capable of simulating real-world consumer interactions.
Leveraging Generative AI (including IpsosFacto and advanced GenAI processes), survey data, and by blending technological innovation and deep market insight expertise, we designed the agents to emulate real-life consumers, in turn enabling more precise and targeted interactions. The agents were able to react to innovations, like new products, ideas, or claims, along with the sustainability dimensions which were at the core of the seminal survey. They can also act as a conversation agent providing insights on consumer behavior and consumption patterns.
Thanks to the system’s versatility and the embedded methodological rigor and business expertise, the agents allowed a more nuanced, engaging, and actionable understanding of consumer needs and preferences, leading to highly tailored marketing approaches.
We provided a user-friendly interface which enabled the client to directly chat with the agents in real-time. Not only did this enhance the usability of the AI system, but also allowed the client to engage with it easily so anyone in the company could gain consumer centric feedback on insights and marketing strategies.
