Business issue
A rich, global dataset of customer survey information was not being fully utilised. To help drive adoption of the data, the client wanted to extract value and showcase their data using a state-of-the-art data visualisation tool with an amazing user experience. Ultimately, the goal was to help the client on their journey towards data driven decision-making and their need for more tools to encourage the cultural change.
Our solution
The Ipsos data advisory team led the development of a dashboard and data transformation process which provided a top-level user experience and cutting-edge visuals.
We used an agile approach to unlock value early, and frequently made sure each iteration was achieving the client's business needs. We worked with our internal Brand Tracking team, and the client, through challenges with the data and provided recommendations on how to improve their data infrastructure for future projects.

Impact
A best-in-class Power BI dashboard was developed, utilising the consumer survey data in 37 markets across a wide range of brand health metrics. To encourage internal adoption, comprehensive technical and user documentation was created to facilitate easy maintenance and onboarding of new users, as well as recommended strategy for expansion to help achieve the company’s 2030 growth targets.
